All counsellor information is confidenntial.
All client information is anonymous. This is because a counsellor may feel themselves to be underqualified in dealing with a client and need to discuss the case, anonymously, with another counsellor or pass the case on to another counsellor.
You may request details of personal information which I hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998, . If you would like a copy of the information held on you please send a signed letter to Listen2You, 54 Calder Close, Tilehurst, Reading, Berkshire, RG30 4XL. If you believe that any information Listen2You holds on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible.
